The reason why the kids came!

This is Darren hand mixing agoutak (Eskimo icecream) in a bowl

First he mixes Crisco and sugar well with some milk. 

When it becomes creamy, dried halibut is added and again mixed until creamy.

Finally berries native to Alaska are added.

It is then ready to refrigerate and eat.

YUM for some!
